The team parent role makes you the familiar face for your players and families. You will communicate all important information as well as keep everything running smoothly for the Field Hockey season.
PR/Communications
Our Public Relations volunteer is our team advocate for the public and is in charge of all communications with the school and media in regards to Newport Harbor Field Hockey.
Each team will need at least one team photographer to be at all games and tournaments. The team photographer will collect photos for the end of the season banquet and memory book. You will also work closely with Team Parents and Press Liaison sharing photos from each game in a timely manner.
We are looking for volunteers from each team to assist with Spirit Wear sales at home games.
Each team will need a volunteer to assist with uniform distribution, collection and cleaning as necessary at the end of the season.
This fun event kicks off the season and gives the parents a chance to get to know each other. This year our Parent Party is planned for September 10th and there are plenty of positions to fill.
We need one Chair Person and 2-3 creative volunteers to gather photos and create the End of Year Memory Book for the players.
This yearly tradition is a fun way for players to get involved in a great cause, and one that is near and dear to our Field Hockey family!
