Team Parent

Team Photographers

Each team will need a team photographer.  This person is expected to be at all games and tournaments.  The team photographer will collect photos for the end of the season banquet and memory book.  You will also work closely with the Team Parent and Press Liaison team to share photos from each game.

Spirit Wear
​

  • Work with vendors for spirit wear- order backpacks, yard signs, etc.

  • Distribute spirit wear ordered by players

  • Coordinates sales at home games or on-line

  • Keep accurate inventory

Uniform Coordinator

​​

  • Document uniform number for each player

  • Distribute uniforms at the beginning of the season and collect at the end

  • Soak and wash uniforms if necessary

  • Organize all returned uniforms at the end of the season in plastic boxes for next year

Parent Party

  • Create evite

  • Summarize RSVPs

  • Contract Taco Guy

  • Rent tables and chairs

  • Purchase beverages and ice

  • Purchase paper goods

  • Purchase dessert

  • Create the Donor Favor

End of Year Memory Book
​

We need Volunteers to create our End of the Year Memory Book for the players.  We use a Shutterfly template and we can provide books from previous years for ideas.

  • Coordinate with Team Photographer to collect photos from each team

  • Collect a message from NH Athletic Director and Principal

  • Call Shutterfly and contract pricing

  • Order books by October 28th

  • Set out Sharpie markers at the banquet so girls can sign each other's books

Play 4 the Cure 


This annual tradition is a fundraiser for breast cancer research.  Please sign up to help:

  • Coordinate Bake Sale

  • Purchase hot dogs and chips

  • Decorations/Balloons

  • Pink socks and ribbons for each team

  • Sell Pink bracelets

  • Coordinate final reporting of donation with our Play 4 the Cure contact
